AREA SALES MANAGER

Main Responsibilities:

Develop and promote the Brand, identify business/commercial opportunities, manage clients portfolio, guaranty service and product quality.

  • To develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market.
  • To coordinate development of commercial action plans, targeting new customers, penetrate new market niches.
  • To promote and acquire the necessary approvals and specifications for our products in engineering and the utilities companies.
  • To provide accurate market research including competitor information (prices, delivery terms, payment conditions, etc.) on all targeted projects.
  • To maintain updated records of all offers, quotations, sales, and visit reports to submit our Head Office and Area Manager.
  • To arrange and carry out training courses and presentations for clients.
  • To provide regular feedback to Head Office regarding performance.
  • To maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.

 

Main Skills/Abilities:

  • Languages: Proficiency in English, written and oral and native Polish.
  • Education: High School or University level.
  • Experience: minimum 2 years experience in B2B sales, preferably in the Polish electrical sector (wholesale, distribution, installers).
  • Ability to build and maintain satisfying long-lasting relationships with Customers.
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to identify and understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Willingness to travel and visit Customers around the country.
  • Driving license.
