• Management of customer order, forecast and delivery management, with a focus of OTIF, cost & customer satisfaction.
• Management and continuous improvement of key controls, specifically, but not limited to: Customer Delivery Performance, Freight Exceptions, Customer Complaints, OTIF, Transaction Reconciliation, Logistic quality data, warehouse and 3PL performance.
• Development of the process to improve its effectiveness and efficiency with a focus on reduction of manual or non-added value work.
• Allocation of resources to ensure the daily operation and necessary back up cover to achieve a smooth daily operation without customer or company impacts.
