Job description:
- Handling customer claims including escalation issue in a structured way and complying with the customers’ expectations
- Checking and reporting on a regular basis the quality results internally and for customers
- Producing on a regular basis a clear picture per customer of the line / field quality situation (MIS curves)
- Checking incoming customer invoices – includes negotiate the responsibility ratio with customers, decide internal costs sharing
- Checking presence and effectiveness of corrective actions on site
- Providing support to MQM department
- Working with massive excel spreadsheet (raw data analysis for MIS curves making)
- Organization and coordination of data (score cards, ppm, customer portal, warranty inspection database)
- Communication inside the Sanden organization and with Customer.
Requirements:
- Higher education
- Experience on similar position 3-4 years
- Experience of Customers care in automotive plant
- English knowledge upper communicative to advanced
- Knowledge of MS Office – especially MS Excel advanced
- Proactive thinking, drive for continuous improvement
- Effective communication skills at all levels, both verbal and written.
