STRATEGY WORKSHOP FOR MERCEDES BENZ

In a mid of June we have had a pleasure to organize and facilitate 2030 Strategy Workshop for Mercedes Benz from Jawor. The workshop was organized with 12 key people from different areas of business. The main goal of facilitation was to contribute to the strategic direction of the plant by working out the ideas for 4 key selected areas of the business. The strategy was made in context of competition environment and was based on EFQM Excellence Model, SPACE and SWOT analysis. It took us two days to support, direct and boost all the positive energy, creativity, business imagination and strategic thinking of the participants. We must admit the atmosphere was incredible! The output was shortly presented to the Managing Director of the Board Dr. Andreas Schenkel who has honored us by visiting at the very end of the workshop. All the strategy developments are going to be presented to the Managing Board and further discussed. Fingers crossed for the future of Jawor Plant! Great to be a part of it 🙂
