Job description:
- Support Operational Logistics planning department for all Quality requirements and Customer Claims management.
- Assist in the delivery of Operations Planning project management functions with dedicated Project management activities for Customer, Warehouses and Vendor management work streams as directed.
- Coordinate samples process output requirements.
- Coordination and effective management of Operational Logistics Quality management and customer claims. Ensure management and development of a dedicated quality and claims database.
- Delivery of streamlined quality process and claims, KPIs, investigation and consolidated data management for internal and external claims.
- Support, coordination and delivery of effective and timely project management requirements.
- Support the maintenance and control accuracy of system Master data in SAP and all relevant systems.

Requirements:
- min. 3 years of experience in Operational Logistics on similar position.
- Higher education degree – Logistic Management / Project management / Logistics Quality.
- Good knowledge of SAP system (S4H).
- Professional experience of project delivery and process methodology, delivery and coordination.
- Master data awareness, Logistics (SAP) or related system knowledge and deep understanding.
- Good English and communicative German skills.
- Experience with external warehouses management, up and down stream logistics process and operational outputs.
- Proactive thinking, drive for continuous improvement.
- Analytical mind with good organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills at all levels, both verbal and written.
